Coming Soon: Tacorita in Downtown Auburn

Tacorita in Downtown Auburn

You may have heard of Tacorita before, and that’s because this local favorite was once open in Auburn before shutting its doors. But now Tacorita in Downtown Auburn is returning this fall!

About Tacorita in Downtown Auburn

Loved by many Auburn residents and college students, Tacorita is a locally-owned restaurant that dishes out mouthwatering Tex-Mex cuisine. And did we mention delicious drinks?

After shutting its doors in 2022, locals Jon Hyink, Chris Godbold, Dade Nunnally and Billy Watt have come together with the prior employees and friends to bring this establishment back. With the support of the Bradshaw family, they plan to continue the legacy that the original owner Greg Bradshaw started.

Customers will also be delighted to hear that this Tacorita will be slightly bigger than the first location, meaning more patrons and more fun!
