According to their website, Proper Prep Services started in the home kitchen of husband-wife team, Brian and Melody Likins. What began as a passion to serve family and friends healthy meals has officially grown into a full-scale business!
Within two years, Proper Prep Services outgrew the home kitchen! Now, located at 1300 McCoy St., there is room to grow, which is good news for the expanding client list.
The new industrial kitchen gives the team plenty of space for storage and prep. They have created multiple meal plan options, including an option for special dietary needs.
The Meal Plans
Proper Prep Services has plans for every need. All plans come with two meals a day unless otherwise specified. The best place to start is to ask yourself what your personal goals are.
If you are looking to lose weight, they have the Weight Loss Plan. It consists of 6 to 8 ounces of lean protein, ½ cup of carbs and ½ cup of vegetables.
If you are on the opposite end of the spectrum, the Weight Gain/Bulking Plan might be a good option. It’s similar to the weight loss meals, but with a full cup of both carbs and vegetables.
Do you have special dietary needs? The Macros Plan is customized to fit your specific diet. For instance, if you have a dairy and/or a gluten intolerance, Proper Prep Services will make your meals dairy and gluten free.
