Add one more thing to the list of what Bo knows—coffee! Bo Jackson’s Beans in Auburn’s Graduate Hotel is an exciting new partnership for the legendary Heisman Trophy winner, who played football and baseball at Auburn University from 1982 to 1985.
Actually, you might want to add yet another thing Bo knows to the list. This time, it’s community. According to reports, part of what appealed to Bo about the partnership with the Graduate Auburn was the chance to create a warm, inviting space tailor-made for the Auburn family.
For the time being, not much else is known about the future coffee shop and bar that will be serving up its own brand of Auburn spirit once the hotel opens in 2024.

Construction is currently underway at the site of the Graduate Auburn on West Magnolia Avenue in downtown Auburn. In fact, you may have noticed a flurry of activity at the large lot opposite of SkyBar, which is where the new hotel and Bo’s new venture will be.
In the end, the five-story hotel will feature 177 rooms, a rooftop deck, a dining area and more than 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space.

Bo Jackson’s Beans in Auburn’s Graduate Hotel will be located at 202 West Magnolia Ave., across the street from Auburn University. The corner lot was once home to Anders Bookstore, which closed in March 2022.
